At Clarks, I supported the execution and optimization of eCommerce and digital marketing initiatives across Clarks and Bostonian, coordinating product photography, seasonal web layouts, and on-site merchandising for key campaigns, including Spring, Fall, Holiday, and Free Shipping promotions.

I led the implementation of promotional campaigns across web, email, social, and print channels, creating and tracking coupon codes and performance metrics in Google Analytics. I maintained and optimized critical digital infrastructure, including store locators, Google Places, banners, and site functionality to improve customer experience. I also partnered with major publications to support brand visibility through contests, giveaways, and value-added placements.

Beyond execution, I drove process improvements by creating internal documentation and planning frameworks that streamlined workflows and improved year-over-year campaign planning.

Bringing the Clarks brand to life online

Reimagining how customers discover, navigate, and fall in love with footwear across Clarks’ global eCommerce experience

At Clarks, I worked at the intersection of creativity and commerce, helping evolve the website from a transactional storefront into a visually-led, story-driven shopping experience that guided customers from discovery to purchase.

I partnered with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to launch seasonal visual merchandising, shaping homepage features, banners, and product stories that aligned with promotional priorities while honoring the brand’s heritage.

I owned day-to-day site execution, including homepage promotions, campaign banners, store locator updates, and promotion setup, using customer insights and performance reporting to optimize the experience and support conversion as part of a global eCommerce platform rollout.

When a brand spends a certain amount of funds on full-page magazine ads, the brands are given additional opportunities with that publication. Each season, I managed the complete soup-to-nuts execution of these opportunities.

STRATEGY: Determine the products that suit each opportunity. Align products with merchandising based on the higher inventory levels to support exposure and ensure they will be available in-store and online when the campaigns launch.

EXECUTION: Work cross-functionally to obtain imagery, inventory, and copy to ensure all items are created according to the specifications and delivered to the publication. For anything requiring physical products, coordinate and send all materials needed.
