At Drift, I manage the entire social media program. I work cross-functionally with all departments to ensure all messages are being effectively communicated across social media. I ensure processes are set up and organized to maximize efficiencies while saving time. I focus on creating visual stories to tell the Drift story while educating our audiences on the benefits of the product.

Created and implemented a content dissemination strategy.
This allows for a balanced representation of the key brand themes on social media as well as serves as a guide to ensure we are sharing content that resonates with our audience.
The strategy also defines posting cadence per channel per day to show up on social consistently. The cadences were created based on Sprout Social data as well as individual platform channel recommendations.
The balance of content strategy was defined and then updated quarterly.

First, I reviewed the amount of requests coming in and the how they are executed.

Then, I worked with our project managers on how to make the Asana process smooth while working through improved efficiencies.

After that, I created a workshop demo showcasing the new process for all of the marketing department to join, see the new process live, and ask questions.

And lastly, introduced it marketing wide as the new process to follow for all social media requests.
