Slashie Connects is a summit-first digital community built by and for Slashies to cultivate and amplify their (side) hustle.

2024’s summit was hosted at the Shopify offices in New York for a 2-day event. This year’s theme was focused all on our community’s small businesses.

theme illustration

Designed a digital lettering illustration of our theme ‘Big Businesses Start Small’ that was shared on social media, included in the digital and printed programs, and incorporated throughout the event.

Designed a decal of one of the themes for the summit, ‘we’re blooming together.’ I digitally drew the slogan in Adobe Fresco, which was then 3D-printed and used in a standalone photo installation at the summit.

I designed a 40-page program for Slashie Summit.

This was distributed digitally through a QR code as well as a small quantity available in person.

pitch deck

I designed this pitch deck for us to use when raising funds, generating interest, asking for donations, partnering with vendors, sourcing small businesses, and more.
